Greek Vinaigrette

This easy to make dressing tastes great and doesn’t have all the added sugar of store brands. You can also save money by making your own dressings. Give it a try!

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup shallots (finely diced)
  • ¼ cup fresh basil (finely chopped)
  • salt and pepper to taste



Add all the ingredients to a blender or mini food processor and puree until everything is finely diced. Alternatively, you can finely chop the veggies and and herbs and whisk all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
